I have never been much of an Apple fan. To be honest, their fans scare me and my limited experiences with a Mac back in the University of Melbourne were not terribly good either. I mean, what was up with the one-button mouse? Then I caved and bought an iPhone. I really enjoy my iPhone… Continue reading »

Formatting Forms
This really annoys me. If you are preparing a soft copy form for someone to fill in, please please make the effort to ensure your form is formatted properly. Even my employer gives me really poorly formatted forms to fill in. You fill in your name and the whole form runs. They want you to check a… Continue reading »

What the …
I go onto The Straits Times webpage and to my horror, some person (Joanne or something) pops out and starts talking to me. WTH? I hate pop-out ads – I cannot imagine how these webouts (google them – I’m not linking) are any better. SO ANNOYING! I wonder if flashblock will block them …

Perhaps you should read your emails

Previously, I had to beg the TA to install stuff for me and wait until he was free. Now with PortableApps, I can use Songbird,… Continue reading »

Google Chrome & Moods
I use firefox at home mainly because of the AdBlock add-on. Now that Chrome allows extensions, I think I’m going to be moving over. Firefox has become increasingly unstable, especially at my office. ………. I’ve been trying my hand at creating the mood theme for this blog. But it is so tedious! And my PS… Continue reading »

New Toys and Random Updates
I logged into my new MOE google apps account today and it was so exciting. Yeah, I get excited over the silliest things but I’m so thrilled with the possibilities of Google Docs and Calendar. The only thing is that now I have to attend some course on how to use them. Let’s hope the… Continue reading »
