These terms apply to any purchase made through flying-low.net. By placing an order, you agree to them.
- WHAT WE SELL
Flying-Low sells instructional e-book handbooks for the X-Plane flight simulator, delivered as digital downloads. No physical product is shipped. - PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are set and charged in South African Rand (ZAR), the currency our payment provider, Paystack, processes in. Any other currency shown on the site is an approximate conversion for your convenience only, and is not the amount actually charged – your card issuer converts the ZAR amount to your own currency automatically. - YOUR LICENSE TO USE THE BOOKS
When you buy a Flying-Low e-book, you’re buying a personal-use license to read and use it – you’re not buying the right to redistribute, resell, share, or publish it, in whole or in part, anywhere else. Copyright in every book remains with Flying-Low.
Our books are sold without DRM (copy protection) as a deliberate choice, for your convenience. This is a matter of trust, not permission to share copies with others.
- FREE UPDATES
Customers who buy directly through flying-low.net are automatically notified when a purchased book is updated, and may download the current version at no extra charge, for as long as Flying-Low continues to update it. This applies for as long as your purchase and contact details remain on record with us. - REFUNDS
See our separate Refund Policy for full details. - AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We may update, expand, or occasionally withdraw a title from sale. We aim to keep pricing and product descriptions accurate but do not guarantee they are error-free at all times. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our handbooks are instructional in nature, based on our own research and experience. While we take care to make them accurate, Flying-Low cannot guarantee specific outcomes from following them, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use, to the fullest extent permitted by law. - GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. - CONTACT
