Refund and Returns Policy

  1. THE NATURE OF DIGITAL GOODS
Every Flying-Low product is a digital e-book, available for download immediately after purchase. Because of this instant, irreversible delivery, our approach to refunds is necessarily different from a physical goods store.
  2. OUR GENERAL POLICY
As all our books are sold without copy protection (DRM), and are downloadable the moment payment completes, we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued and used.

We do make exceptions, considered case by case, for situations including:

  • A genuine technical fault preventing you from downloading or opening your purchase
  • An accidental duplicate purchase of the same title
  • The wrong item being delivered due to an error on our part

If you believe your situation falls into one of these categories, contact us at fred@flying-low.net with your order details, and we’ll look into it in good faith.

  1. FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND UK
Under EU and UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right can be waived if you give explicit consent at the time of purchase, in exchange for getting instant access rather than waiting out the withdrawal period.
  2. FREE UPDATES ARE NOT AFFECTED
This refund policy is separate from our free-updates commitment – even if a refund isn’t available for your original purchase, you remain entitled to free future updates to any book you’ve legitimately bought, for as long as we continue to update it.
  3. CONTACT
